Food and drink

Nes Gard is an excellent base camp for ski tours and summit tours, with varied hiking opportunities in Hurrungane, Jostedalen and Sogndalsdalen.

You can take tours on your own or join our guides. Enjoy good food and drink in the springtime atmosphere at the bottom of the Sognefjord and go skiing at altitude. After skiing, you'll head back down again in the spring, where you can relax with Afterski and perhaps a swim in a heated hot tub.

Enjoy a great dinner at Nes Gard! With chef Paul and his team we can offer great dining experiences with a lot of local content. It is possible to book drop-in dinners for large and small groups even if you are not staying at Nes Gard. Send a request to post@nesgard.no
wine bar

Welcome to Nes Bar! Luster's coziest, smallest (and only?) wine bar :) We have no fixed opening hours, but are mostly open when we have guests there and then it is closed when there are no guests there. Simple and straightforward! Feel free to send an email to post@nesgard.no if you want to come in a group. Can also serve dinners here.

If you are organizing a birthday, christening, confirmation, blue trip, friend trip, etc. etc. we can help you arrange this at Nes Gard. We have many options for creating exactly the event you want.
