FjordSeal offers kayak trips with a guide, the trip takes approx. 4 hours. A special experience to experience nature in Luster from a kayak on the mighty Sognefjord. Sturdy kayaks, for one or two people. If you have little paddling experience, you will get help to get started. Along the way, both seals and porpoises may appear. Lunch break at a nice rest area along the way.

Kayaking on Styggevatnet + glacier hiking

This tour starts in early July, when the ice has disappeared on Styggevatnet.

After information from the tour guide at Breheimsenteret, one drives up Jostedalen to the dam at Lake Styggevatnet. Kayaks are allocated here and the trip can start to the west end of the lake, where the Jostedalsbreen calves directly into the water. Here one disembarks and takes a hike inward on the glacier.
