Kayaking on Styggevatnet + glacier hike

Meeting point: Breheimsenteret, 35 km from Nes Gard
This trip starts in early July, when the ice has melted on Lake Styggevatnet.

After information from the tour guide at Breheimsenteret, one drives up Jostedalen to the dam at Lake Styggevatnet. Kayaks are allocated here and the trip can start to the west end of the lake, where the Jostedalsbreen calves directly into the water. Here one disembarks and takes a hike inward on the glacier.
